My sweet friend, who also happens to be a coworker living in Atlanta, sent me a cake from one of her favorite bakeries in Florida. We very much share a love of cake, and she sent me one of her favorite varieties - Key Lime bundt cake - as an early birthday gift.
It came with a handwritten note and a menu full of tempting options.
A cake baked in Florida, ordered in Georgia, and eaten in South Carolina. Isn't that the coolest thing?
Also, it was really, really good.
Best pre-birthday gift ever.
